Incessant insomnia is my frequent enemy.
Today I learned that spending a half hour in the sun (with the proper skin protection) may help to improve my sleep. I tried it today - let's see what happens.

Slept real well last night - not sure if that's because I stood in the sun or if I was just exhausted.
